Following the 20th consortia meeting a peer-to-peer review was hosted on site at Nigrad in Maribor/Dogoše, a public utility and infrastructure company with important experience in circular construction and the recovery and reuse of construction waste. As the first and most important item on the agenda, participants reviewed the Hempstatic acoustic panel measurements, focusing on the performance of this CO₂-negative indoor building material and its potential for wider application in sustainable construction. The site visit also provided an opportunity to connect these material tests with Nigrad’s practical experience in recycling, secondary raw materials, and circular construction solutions demonstrated at the Dogoše reuse centre.
