17th ReBuilt consortium meeting

On 13 and 14 November 2025, the ReBuilt project consortium gathered in Trieste - Opicina for its 17th consortium meeting, hosted by INFORDATA. The two-day meeting brought together project partners to review progress across work packages, align on strategic priorities, and coordinate final activities as the project moves toward its concluding phase in 2026.

The first day opened with welcome remarks by Marko Petelin and Dragica Marinič, followed by administrative updates and coordination discussions. Key sessions focused on communication and the planning of upcoming strategy-development workshops, as well as preparations for the final ReBuilt conference scheduled for March 2026.

In the afternoon, partners presented updates on testing of the circular and digital construction training programme (A1.3), the development of the MOOC (A1.4), and digital tools (A2.3). Further discussions addressed circular value chains and business models (A2.4), alongside progress on the Circular and Digital Construction Demo Center (A2.5). The day concluded with a summary of key takeaways and agreed next steps.

The second day centered on strategic and long-term topics. Sessions covered demand-side measures (A3.1), followed by an interactive workshop on the ReBuilt Strategy (A3.2). Discussions continued with a focus on the long-term sustainability and operability of the ReBuilt Hub (A3.3), ensuring continued impact beyond the project’s lifetime. The meeting closed with final remarks and a joint lunch, reinforcing collaboration among partners as the project approaches its final milestones.
